To touch the moon

Hello freinds ! I bet you are curious as to what my post title is all about? There was a time in the history of man. That to even come close to the outer banks of space was unfathomable. let alone traverse to a moon or planet. Yet! Here we are in this day and age ; We are are planning trips to Mars! All this to say that to put limits on an artist is like telling NASA they'll never see space. I am a strong believer that although art has proven methodologies. There must be room for free expression ; without the constraints of "The societal norms". In my childrens book " Jack the lumber jack" avilable on Amazon (click the link) -> https://a.co/d/6ao5Y3v. I write in the "About the author" section - page 30. Why I love writing so much! The qoute goes like this:

" In art there is freedom because art is unrestricted in its experession". Jose Daniel C. 2021

Unristricition is so amazing in the art process , it allows an artist to be themselves! Many times in my painting or writing process. I find myself conflicted. When I feel I cant allow my natrual expression to dictate my brush or my words. So I ask you freind ? Who are you? "unristricted" ? Im reminded of myself at 10 years old running in a field of flowers and grass - untainted by the world. Naive to its harsh realities. Wanting nothing more than to feel the ground at my feet and the sun on my face. At that moment the only thing that was important was to see what lie on the other side of the field , what adventures may be around the corner.

To touch the moon! Doesnt seem so impossible now; as I write to you from my office staring out a window, gazing upon its nightly splendor. Unristricted ! who are you unristricted? and what ristrictions have you adopted that hinder your progress?

Tocar la Luna !

¡Hola amigos! Seguro que les interesa saber de qué trata el título de mi publicación. Hubo una época en la historia de la humanidad en la que siquiera acercarse a las fronteras espaciales era inimaginable, y mucho menos viajar a una luna o un planeta. ¡Y aún así! Aquí estamos, en esta época; ¡estamos planeando viajes a Marte! Todo esto para decir que ponerle límites a un artista es como decirle que nunca verá el espacio. Creo firmemente que, aunque el arte cuenta con metodologías probadas, debe haber espacio para la libre expresión, sin las restricciones de las normas sociales. En mi libro infantil "Jack el leñador", disponible en Amazon, escribo en la sección "Sobre el autor", página 30. ¡Por qué me encanta escribir! La cita dice así:

"En el arte hay libertad porque el arte no tiene restricciones en su expresión". Jose Daniel C. 2021

La libertad es tan asombrosa en el proceso artístico que permite al artista ser él mismo. Muchas veces, al pintar o escribir, me encuentro en conflicto. Cuando siento que no puedo permitir que mi expresión natural dicte mi pincel o mis palabras, te pregunto, amigo: ¿Quién eres? ¿"Libre"? Me recuerda a mí mismo a los 10 años, corriendo por un campo de flores y hierba, sin la contaminación del mundo. Ingenuo ante sus duras realidades. Sin querer nada.Más que sentir el suelo a mis pies y el sol en mi rostro. En ese momento, lo único que importaba era ver qué había al otro lado del campo, qué aventuras podrían aguardar a la vuelta de la esquina.

¡Tocar la luna! Ya no parece tan imposible; mientras te escribo desde mi oficina, mirando por la ventana, contemplando su esplendor nocturno. ¡Sin restricciones! ¿Quién eres tú sin restricciones? ¿Y qué restricciones has adoptado que impiden tu progreso?
