In the journey of life we often find ourselves back at beginings. Have you ever been far down the road of life and then find youreself in familiar place? Almost as if the more we try to get a away from things the closer we are drawn to them. I remeber a poem I wrote in elementry school. The teacher praised me for it! it was the first time outside of my parents that I had been praised for anything! Here I am almost 40 years later still enamored by words, by their power to lift others up or tear them down.

I suppose , I didnt feel like writing much about my painting today. Rather share a random thought with those willing to read the divine chaos that I call my art. Weather spoken, written or on canvas art is in every part of my soul, heart, and being. Expressed through various books of dicipline. I would describe the passion for my art as a guilty pleasure that keeps me returning to my place of faith in hope of forgivness for delighting so much in it. "insert laugh emoji"

freinds where ever you are reading this I hope you are well. I challenge you to examine your roots as their in lies the keys to unlocking your passion in life.
